John and I were first introduced to Graham via a friend on the internet. Our initial contact was made by telephone whilst we were still in the UK (trying to sell our house). Graham was “honest and loyal” from the word go and regularly rang us fortnightly from New Zealand, just to keep in contact and also reassure us of any insecurities we may have had.
