We have experienced the highs and lows of moving to a new country to live. We know and understand the logistics of the move; the upheaval and emotional turmoil connected with moving to live a better life in a new country. This only comes with the personal experience of having made the move and having learnt how to cope with the ups and downs.
We offer an individual programme of sincere and genuine personal contact with you, making your job search easier for all concerned as part of your life changing experience.
Your details are confidential and are never passed on to anyone else without your permission. To us you are a person, not a client.
We can also help to fill the gaps in your knowledge with up to date advice on all those small things which matter to you when emigrating.
All people who we recommend are personally known to us and we have vetted them to ensure that they give the same superior and reliable personal services that we uphold. These include helping you with moving your household, advice on flights, money exchange, banking, the different types of accommodation you will need when you get here, car rental and advice on how to find the right school for your children.
We give guidance and support, and keep you informed with honest feedback. We listen to you and your needs. We like to share in your success.
Our aim is to provide the highest level of service.
THIS DELIVERS RESULTS.
John and I were first introduced to Graham via a friend on the internet. Our initial contact was made by telephone whilst we were still in the UK (trying to sell our house). Graham was “honest and loyal” from the word go and regularly rang us fortnightly from New Zealand, just to keep in contact and also reassure us of any insecurities we may have had. We eventually met Graham at the NZ Expo in London 6 months later and finally put a face to his friendly voice! He was so down to earth and true to his word that we felt totally at ease with him.
After finally selling our house, we packed up and flew to our “dream destination” in October. Graham was always there for advice and, luckily, John was offered 2 jobs within 5 days! There were times when we thought John’s work visa would never happen but each time Graham was there for reassurance and assistance. He was reliable and always returned calls efficiently, even at weekends and evenings. Graham also introduced us to another couple who had brought their dog over – this helped us immensely with organising our own dog’s flight. Whatever was needed, Graham would always go out of his way to help us and was genuinely concerned for us as a family. He gave us such good advice and NEVER gave up on us. Had it not been for Graham’s insistence that “it would all come right”, we would not be here today! We cannot thank him enough and would wholeheartedly recommend using his services to anyone wishing to live their dream!

We first met Graham in 2008 at an Expo at the NEC in Birmingham, UK. Graham phoned us after a few weeks and we went from there. Once Graham has started a job search for you he likes to stay in regular contact. Graham has made many contacts in New Zealand and when you first arrive in New Zealand you feel like you are visiting old friends. Staying with Graham and his family in their 2-bedroom apartment is just what you need after a long flight; it’s very reassuring. Graham also takes time to introduce you to the kiwi life by meeting other migrants and of course locals.
When you decide to move to another country, there are many things to think about. As a migrant himself, Graham has definitely made the process easier. We have been living in New Zealand now for 6 months and feel that Graham and his family will always be friends. We would definitely recommend Graham’s employment services.

Graham is not the conventional “Immigration” or “Recruitment” consultant you would expect to find at an Expo in Britain, let me tell you why. We submitted our CVs at the Expo and having completed the immigration paperwork ourselves, we decided to work with Graham to help us find employment. What we did not realise at the time was that Graham would be helping us with much more than that! Everything from helping us to book the right flight (and seats), putting us in touch with a lovely couple in Tauranga who have helped us find a rental home and feel settled, to helping us find employment and even the best places to shop! Graham, you continue to help us (hubby now looking for employment) and every time we talk on the phone, we learn something new! Emigrating to a foreign country is a very big step and we would thoroughly recommend Graham to help you.

I first heard about New Zealand Employment Solutions and Graham in one of the migrant forums. With limited contacts in New Zealand, I thought I'd give it a go. No regrets since!
What I like is the personalised and friendly service. Graham will advise and stick by you no matter how long it takes. I first came here in October 2009 and have just recently landed a job. Since I came, I have met with Graham almost every week to go over our strategies and to apply for new jobs.
If you need coaching or advice about interviews he'll be there for you! He has also a wealth of contacts for anything you might need, from where the best place to shop, to where one can get a good deal on a rental car.
Thanks Graham and family for the help and warm welcome. I will certainly visit next time I am in Christchurch and this time I'll bring my family too!

We met Graham in the UK at the Expo; from that moment on he has helped us with the valuable information we needed for us to make the move to NZ with comfort and ease. Graham has been in regular contact with us in the UK and since our arrival in NZ. He has been our 'comfort blanket', any time we have needed any information and advice he has been happy to help. Even though Graham is on the South Island and we have settled in the North, he has guided us through the successful finding of employment and also helped with wage negotiations. He's a top bloke and I would thoroughly recommend the use of him and his company.

UNIQUE is how we would describe Graham and NZ Employment Solutions. Almost four years of thought and preparation along with hours of research to get here and desperation after three months of being here, then Graham came along! We knew it wouldn't be a walk in the park getting Steve a job offer but we thought it would be easier than it was. Finally our Immigration company referred us to Graham for a job search. At the time we felt they had given up on us, now we believe it's the best thing they ever did for us.
You warm to Graham straight away. He's caring and compassionate about what he is doing and why he is doing it. He remained positive and focussed all the way through and he would even contact us out of business hours when he knew that we needed some support and our spirits lifting.
Most people who come to NZ have a family and that's why this recruitment company is different; it's geared to helping the family unit and not just the person who needs the job. We strongly believe that having the family unit and having made the move to NZ and knowing the challenges and obstacles being faced is what underpins NZ Employment Solutions. Thank you.

I first met Graham Hinds while attending a NZ jobs fair at the NEC in spring 2009. A couple of weeks after our meeting I dropped him an E-Mail one afternoon. To my surprise Graham called me that very evening from NZ. How's that for service!! After a short conversation we arranged for Graham to carry out a job search for me. He has since provided me with invaluable information regarding not only employment availability but potential pitfalls when dealing with NZ employers.
As a company, they have been 100% reliable and they provide a personal touch rarely seen these days. The fact that Graham is an ex-pat' living in NZ offers huge benefits when dealing with NZ companies. I would recommend their services to anyone...
Simon from Bristol, UK
I had come to the old 'chicken and egg' scenario in that I needed a job offer to get a work permit but needed a work permit to get a job, and had tried various routes from the UK with absolutely no success. One immigration company wanted to charge me £4000 for their services ...ouch, then I spoke to Graham of NZ Employment Solutions at the Birmingham Expo, and to my amazement Graham actually contacted me upon his return to NZ.
After chatting with Graham a few times I decided to fly out to NZ and see what we could find. I must admit at this point I was 'a bit' sceptical and I remember thinking there's got to be a catch somewhere. Graham, you did 'JUST WHAT YOU SAID ON THE TIN'. In fact it was a very pleasant and refreshing change to work with someone as committed, friendly and professional as yourself
In my experience you have to be in NZ for employers to even consider you for a job. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of moving to NZ, that the best way is to get out there, and use the services and local knowledge of NZ Employment Solutions, without fear of getting ripped off.
Gordon from West Midlands, UK
After first meeting Graham of NZ Employment Solutions at the New Zealand Expo, Graham kept in contact with me regularly giving me advice on obtaining a job in New Zealand. After a few months I decided to go over to New Zealand. Graham met me at the airport and organised a hire car and accommodation near his office. It's a very personal service, which makes you feel one of the family, especially when you arrive in a strange country.
Through Graham's contacts I am confident of shortly obtaining a job offer for a visa application. I would recommend NZ Employment Solutions to anybody wanting to start a new life in New Zealand.
Tom from Lincolnshire, UK
Thank you for all your hard work... I found all your advice a great help and it boosted my confidence in finding a job in New Zealand, as I had not been in the job market for about 8 years. The accommodation was great and thanks for your hospitality.
Carl from Leicestershire, UK to North Island, NZ
From the moment we contacted NZ Employment Solutions all our fears and insecurities were put to rest. Whenever we had a question they either knew or found the answer. We couldn't have asked for more, we were met at the airport, which means a lot in a strange country after a 27-hour flight. Accommodation had been arranged. A hire car was available, as soon as we needed it. Bank accounts were set up and the all important job interviews ready for when we were. All the above happened within two days of us landing in New Zealand and two job offers were made inside two weeks.
We can't speak highly enough of this company and would like to thank them so very much for all their hard work and care.
Steve & Pam from the Midlands, UK to Christchurch, NZ
GENUINE, PROFESSIONAL, DEDICATED and CARING are the words to describe the staff at NZ Employment Solutions. They were our personal guardian angels, who were always available to answer our questions no matter what the problem. From trivial questions to unforeseen complications NOTHING was too much trouble for them. The generosity of the team was overwhelming and put our faith back in people once again.
This company delivers an absolutely first class, trustworthy personal service. We can honestly say it's been a pleasure, and can't thank them enough for the help they have given us.
Ian & Julie from Birmingham, UK to Queenstown, NZ
I started looking for employment myself but had no luck. I then decided to contact Graham from NZ Employment Solutions. He worked very hard and contacted many different companies. Within a week or two, I had some interviews and a job was offered to me. This company delivers a good trustworthy service, which these days is rare and hard to find. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is seriously looking for employment in New Zealand.
